Where we are
The office is on Stephens Rd between 9 Mile and 10 Mile, a short way west of Hoover Road. It is the oldest part of Warren: in our ZIP code the median home was built in 1962, and nearly half of the houses predate 1960. That shapes the work. We spend a lot of time with galvanized supply pipe, cast iron stacks, old floor drains and sewer laterals that have had roots working on them for decades.
How we work
We find out what is actually wrong before talking about fixes. That means asking where the water is, which fixtures are affected and how long it has been happening, then testing: pressure readings, a look at the meter, a camera in the line when a sewer problem keeps coming back.
